this thing looks awesome and I just saw a vid of paul dalton using a regular hose trigger with a skinny cord on it similar to the nomad, heres 2 vids of it in action PART 1 http://www.youtube.com/v/dvit-8guaxE&hl=en PART 2 http://www.youtube.com/v/VOOQJMxgFrQ&hl=en
Looks like more of a toy than a tool in my opinion..... Doesn't look like enough GPM or PSI for my taste.. in fact, water from a spigot and hose looks more substantial/effective
for someone that doesn't have a truck to go mobile, I would use that for my wheels and lowers and ONR the rest. 3.5 should last atleast 3-4 cars if only donig rockers/wheels/tires... Nice little gadget!
+1 I might get it for onr washes as i hate not having any type of water for wheels ,wells, and tires.
I was there when Richard(OctaneGuy AKA the guy in that video) used it on a black TL he was prepping for a customer. It seemed to work well enough and it runs on a rechargeable battery. Most of the time theres enough water to wash an entire car but he forgot to plug in the battery the night before... Seems like a good product. I'd prolly get it since I can't really lug around water tanks in my car but to each his own. Its not bad for the price, from what I saw it seemed to spray even with a hose...
