    Hey,

As the title says, are these polishes just as effective or better with the 3401? I would imagine more dusting of the ssr 2.5 but more control. If they work even better, they may be more cost effective going forward.

I cannot say I have tried the Flex with Poorboys polishes. The second I started using Menzerna, the Poorboys have been collecting dust. No pun intended, as that stuff dusts a lot...

I've tried the Optimum Compound and Hyper-Compound a few times on some test sections with my Flex and was so-so on them. Yes, a lot less dusting than your Menzerna products. What turned me off was the the longer working times to be honest. If I can get the same or better results in less time, then i'm using that product, which happens to be Menzerna. Every time I've used Opt polishes, I quickly retreated to my favorite Menz polish, IP. The stuff just works...

If you want to give the PB's products a try let me know. It won't take much for me to drop a little bit off your way.

I just might take you up on that. How do the PB polishes work in colder / hotter weather? That's about my only real complaint with Menzerna...it is weather dependent to an extent. I could also throw you some Menzerna in return. Not sure if you have any yet.

I'm good on Menzerna for now. I've got SIP and Nano Polish. Not to mention the local distributer is coming to my car club meeting next month.

I didn't really use the SSR's in cold weather. Heck the garage I was working in is heated :D I've used the SSR's in the middle of our humid summers and I don't really have any complaints. The dusting I experienced was more user error than anything.

i used oc on yellow pad and it removed defects but left a haze that needed to be removed with a lighter polish
