   Just wondering how tough is the factory backing plate on the Flex XC3401?
   
   Anyone every break it or heard of them breaking?
   
   I ordered another one just in case.

   Never heard of a BP on a 3401 breaking. Initially, there were some issues with the velcro material separating from the plastic BP, but that's a distant memory at this point.
