This was a maintenance detail on my cousins c300, but it turned out to have some correction involved. I had the guys that came for the DB meet wash it and we were supposed to take out some of the problematic parts but we didnt have time. so after everyone went home my brother and I tackled this. From the looks of it some one hit the car either while backing out, or entering a parking spot. the scratches were deep and since i did not have much time all I could do was one pass of SIP on orange and then followed up with 85rd on blue to remove hazing. the hood was also polished with 85rd and blue pad to removes hazing and holograms found after the first wash and wax (no polishing) that i did a while back. Ill out in details later for now the pics. ***M-seal was the lsp for this one.
turned out great Ev. You can't get enough of that flipping nav screen. I really enjoyed cleaning the wheels. Like I told you before ... I was shocked that it had drilled rotors and the calipers were powdercoated ... nice details!
Damn I didn't see those defects when I was doing the wheels. Then again I wasn't the one washing it. Turned out nice.
haha thanks. i love that flip screen. its so sleek and smooth. want one in my car now. and yes the brake kits on this car are exellent. the brakes are realy sensitve though. i lightly tapped the brakes while moving it and the car slammed to a stop. still think they need to be broken it by me:thumb: thanks. i didnt notice them either. i was surprised that 14 detailers missed it too lol
Your reply of "Damn I didn't see those defects when I was doing the wheels. Then again I wasn't the one washing it. Turned out nice. " had me confused. I don't see any defects anywhere.
hes talking about the scratches that are running down the passenger side of the car lol we washed the car earlier and there was sun. we were surprised no one noticed them
yeh ill buy it when i get some more spending money. im also looking at tuf shne tire sealant. hopefully ill get my car back soon and ill be able to try it out. but this will be for my personal car and for customers willing to pay extra, since the tires need to be spotless. Surf Citytire is def on my list of things to buy next.
