That was simple. The free shipping ended with 2.5 hours left on the counter. Guess no order for me right now until they respond back with an email explaining why that was the case :catfight:

 

Yup same time just happened to me UGGGHHH. I wanted to order some products.

 

I placed a order at 1130 PM EST and it was still free shipping, remember this is east coast time.

Edit, saw you said counter...dont know whats up?!? But like I said I placed a order with apx 30 min left on counter.

 

Yeah I thought it might have been eastern time but the counter said I had plenty of time left so I thought to myself "oh how nice they made it 12pm pacific time for those of us on the west coast." Then at about 9:30 pacific time the counter just disappears from the page. Even though it still said 2+ hours on the "countdown" moments before.

I mean if I had known I would have just ordered what was in my cart. Huge bummer.

 

Man I posted a thread on AG online and they are pretty unfriendly over there. I guess they don't think I know what time zones or how to do math. Instead of giving me any real help or info.

I guess not every forum is like DB. haha

 

If it is a big deal to you, I would suggest you email AG and see if they will credit it especially at 11:30pm Pacific time you still saw the countdown.

 

I still saw the countdown at 9:30 PST that is when it disappeared I was ready to order within minutes. haha

But they fixed the situation I will be getting my free shipping. :applause2:

Ya thats what ive always liked about AG, great CS. Their forums may suck but if you call or email them directly, they are super friendly and helpful.

 

Yup I was pleasantly surprised by that fact. I hope the Cobra Indigos are good.
