I have never own or used any Adam products, so im new to the Adam's line, there are a few things im definitely picking up. Such as the APC,VRT and the Double Soft towels. I have some question about the detail spray, it seems that you guys now have a improved version. How does this detail spray stand out from other brands detail spray? Such as like Optimum no rinse/Meg ultimate detailer/Dodo red mist? Does the Adam detail spray contain any carnauba or ingredient that will make the surface more slick?
To answer that question, I'll just quote Dylan (from Adam's) on his reply to another member, from another thread: "Its the only product in our entire lineup that hasn't seen a change in 13 years... so definitely wasn't something we took lightly....Started out to just see IF we could make it better. Ease of use is a big factor... not that the old stuff was horrible to work with, but we did make it streak less, and require less wiping. The bigger improvement is the wax booster... testing showed up to 2 months of add durability on a wax coat if the car was washed weekly and dried with the new formula, with a few wipe downs during the week. Unlike the original formula this version actually does deposit some meaningful protection. Its definitely not going to replace using a wax or sealant, but it will help extend the life of those top coats." We basically made it slicker, shinier, requires less wipes, and now ENHANCES your LSP's length of protection. It bloooooooooooooooows Megs outta the water, not even a fair comparison. The other two brands you mentioned, I have never used, so I'm unable to comment on those. I'll end this in saying we have a 110% money-back guarantee. So try it, and if you're not absolutely SKIPPY about the results, send it back!!
Since there is a money back guarantee statement, im going for that gallon kit =P Also one more question.... Since im not a huge fan of using wax now, im more of a coating person, so do u know if the detail spray will help with coatings? making the surface slicker/shiner?
Ur gonna want the Super VRT and not the regular VRT Not sure if they still sell the old one, the super VRT has water repellency
