Dilatable with water, off the top of my head I don't know the pH, let me see if I can dig up the tech doc from the release. Working off my laptop today so I don't have all the info at my finger tips.
Back at the desk today! GWC has a pH of 10 at full strength, and drops towards 7.5 as you dilute it (water being 7.5) Its safe for most all wheel finishes at full strength and becomes relatively ineffective beyond a 50% dilution. Hope that helps.
