I had this customer contact me to do paint correction on the MDX and Gtechniq C1 and EXO. They had to drive 40 miles and take a ferry to drop off the car. The paint was really bad and had been driven through car washes. Total time with the coatings was 3 days. There are no pictures of the wash or final pictures out side was raining pretty bad. Looks great as always! You need to ditch the Griot's and get a Rupes from Phil, you will thank me later. How are you liking the Gtechniq C1? I've always used a wax or sealant on all the corrections I've done, but I'm looking at getting a new truck and I'm thinking about coating the paint, rims, and trim with Gtechniq or 22ple.
Thanks a lot .I don't do a lot of paint correction anymore my wrist hurt a lot still. It goes on easy like opti-coat pro but the down side is if you use EXO too that needs 2 coats. so total time to put all 3 coats is about 10-12 hours of wait time and application time. I prefer Opti-coat over Gtechniq and the only reason I applied this for the customer is cause they made the appointment before I became a Opti-coat pro installer.
