I bought it few months ago, IMO its really a nice torch for you guys who love perfection in detailing hehe
I have the same unit and agree, it is very good for what we do... My previous handheld swirl finder was the Brinkman and I haven't even touched it since my TK11 came in!
I agree guys. I also use mine for work as it serves multiple purposes. It packs a big punch for such a small light. I picked mine up from Phil a little over a month ago.
My garage was recently broken into and the only item the stupid thief stole was my Brinkmann. I guess now I will have to look into getting this TK11.
The Fenix is so great for what we do, and the build quality is excellent as well. Plus for doing estimates at customers homes etc. its awesome.
Yeah, the fenix tk 11 is really good for an inspection lights. Being portable, it is my primary tool to walk the car with it and do explaination to customer. It helps alot to pick up holograms and I find it even better than weak-average sunlight intensity.
this may be a "use the search question" but whats the difference between this LED torch and any other ?
Price. This torch puts out 225 Lumens for under $100. It is almost identical to my Surefire which puts out half the lumens and cost twice as much.
Point on Dave, there really isn't a better light to bring along for doing estimates for (possible) clients. I still like the Brinkmann but the TK11 is definitely more practical.
Apparently you're not alone on that one. I came to this thread specifically to see what people said about the TK11 and I'm liking it so far so I think I will order it too now My Brinkmann has died too :thud:
