A simple recognition to Ken @ Autowerkes Exclusive

During sometime mid-last week I put through a decent sized order at Autowerkes Exclusive. Here are the items that I ordered:

Due to the way that their website was set up, it does not provide any stock information. So next day, Ken notified me that my C2 and my LC Purple Foamed Wool pads are not in stock, so he arranged Auto Obesessed (Edmonton) to overnight those two products to me!! However, somewhere along our communication I did not notice that my Grit Guard was no longer part of our discussion, and by the time that I noticed the order was already shipped out.

Fast forward to today when I received my order at my local post office. Opened up the box and there it is!! My two Grit Guard!!!! Along with that was a few extras that Ken threw in for me to try!!

This was my first time dealing with Ken and from all online purchasing that I've done from elsewhere, customer service like this (Ken) don't happen very often at all!!

 

i drove from oregon to canada to meet him and was just as impressed. try the ajt. great spary sealant.

 

Ken is a great guy to deal with.

Great to hear! whenever i try and go to their "sale items" page it never works?! is it just me?

 

I just tried it and that page is unavailable astro but the rest of the website is fine.

My credit card has always been safe with Ken.
Too bad I left the country before I had a chance to drive into Maple Ridge for burgers lol
on the brighter side, all my stuff should arrive this Saturday and i'll finally be able to do some weekend detailing and do IT stuff for Troy cuz man work in Hong Kong is intense!

Most of it is done but now that we are in the thick of things, realistically it won't be up until the end of summer. Just not enough hours in the day to get everything done.

 

Ken's customer service is awesome.

 

I've had nothing but great customer service when dealing with Ken also.

 

Ken is the man. You can tell that he is very honest, I've seen him tell at least a few people not to over-order when starting up. Plus he carries some rare products which are cool. My Raceglaze mitts are still going strong. Keep it up!
