My parents had a neighbor who used to wipe her car down with windex alot. How can ammonia NOT strip wax?

 

I used to clean my Grandma's car with Windex when I was a kid. She swore by it.

This guy must be kidding, there is no way someone in this day and age thinks Windex ix a good car washing product. Well, then again, those guys were raving about ICE..lol

 

Windex is the only thing I use for leather and carpets.

 

I think BOB is for real... I had an old guy tell me that Pledge was all he used on his vehicles

You're forgetting its most important use: to get rid of zits! Remember My Big Fat Greek Wedding? That guy was hilarious with his windex.

 

I love the part when he says he'd go up against the best of the best. I bet Jay Leno's Red Porsche has less swirls and buffer trails than that rag dragged paint on that mazda. Oh my!!!!!!

 

He is for real. He's a member on a lincoln enthusiast forum that I am also a member of. Someone asked a question about waxing a vehicle, and his response was this link to his thread on another forum.
