Never posted anything here before but figured I would post this up as it's the last time I'll be detailing this beautiful and very rare Porsche as it's been sold and will be leaving very soon.

This is a 1994 3.6 Turbo in Signal Green and as far as I know it's the only one like it in the world. I haven't found any other in this color, at least no 3.6 Turbo's which I believe were only put out for one year. If that be so then this is a very rare Porsche.......if not it's still a head turner:gasp:

I didn't do too much to it, gave it a mild polishing and then topped it with Victoria's carnauba paste wax. Gave the wheels some attention and the interior was given a full detail with Leathermaster taking care of the leather.

So here is a 23K mile Signal Green Turbo.

    Up first the interior -

Anthony, I've always loved that car. I know you're sad to see it go. Is her new home far away from you?

Yep, it's going across the great pond. I believe a collector in Europe bought it.

Great Car, I'm not a big fan of the color but it's definitely a color you don't see much.

Great detail as always, and good to see you posting on this forum.

I'm still not sure if I like the colour, but never the less great classic car

    Thanks peeps :)

Yeah this color is one that is shocking and a head turner and then your brain must register if you love it or hate it?

It's far more vivid in person though and to see it whizzing down the freeway is an odd sight for sure among a sea of black, white, red and silver cars....you can't miss it!!

    Take care,
    Anthony

Lovely vehicle Anthony, shame to see it go but I'm sure it will be taken care off...specially if it's going to Europe.

Very nice detail, I liked the door jams :druling: very nice.

Thank you for sharing with us...so um..what are you getting to replace it?

Hello and thank you all for the great feedback.

This car is being replaced with another Porsche, of the Turbo family. Can't wait to see it and get to detailing on it:headbang:

When he picked it up he told me he had second thoughts but it's already done deal so no turning back now!

    Take care,
    Anthony

I actually love the color too because it's different. This is the same one you Opti-sealed.

With Optiseal. Which one looks better? With Victoria's or Optiseal? You be the judge:)

Yeah, it had 4 coats of Opti-Seal on it for those pictures and the lighting is very flattering in the shop also:thumb:

I also had a different digital camera for those pictures and I swear it took crisper pictures at 3.5 megapixels than my current one at 6 megapixels........go figure:shead:

I also just noticed you can see my reflection (shadow) in the rear quarter panel picture...which makes me look like some sort of elf or something:laughing:

While I was detailing this Porsche I had a lady walk by and state that it was the ugliest, yet shiniest, Porsche she had ever seen. So yeah, you either love it or hate it.
