The owner of this vehicle recently took the car out of winter storage and was looking to get it cleaned up and prepped for spring. For it's age the car was in great shape but the paint looked rather dull so we went with a single stage polish to reduce the amount of swirl marks and haziness. The interior and soft top were also given a light cleaning.

    Process:
Tires and wells cleaned with OPC 3:1
    Wheels cleaned with Duragloss AWC
Badges and crevices cleaned with OPC 3:1 & Raceglaze brushes
Washed with Duragloss 902 and OPC via 2BM
Clayed with Riccardo Yellow and ONR
Polished with Menzerna Powerfinish on 5.5" orange pad
    Sealed with Menzerna Powerlock
    Glass cleaned with Stoners IG
    Tires dressed with Poorboys BnB
Leather wiped down with OPC 5:1
    Protected with Optimum Protectant Plus

Looks good. I take it that the paint wasn't super hard? A friend of mine has a black SL600 from a few years prior that I'll probably have to clean up before too long.

The paint was nice to work with, not too hard but not soft either.
