9227CX3 vs. 9227CX5 - any difference?

I see that there are two different models offered on eBay for the Makita. Is there any difference, or is one just the newer model?

I did search first, but could not find anything on the 9227CX5.

On eBay Buy It Now:

9227C-X3 kit $166.95 + $11.99 shipping = $178.94

9227C-X5 kit $164.98 + $12.95 shipping = $177.93

So, I guess the rotary is the same, just the X3 vs. X5 distinguishes the accessories?
