I don't usually post little jobs like this but it was another opportunity to play with the new camera! Keep in mind we just spent three hours on this interior two weeks ago. Another trip to Vancouver Island with her kids made it look like I had never touched it. I actually brought my Mytee Lite today. Thats three times this year I've used it. Whats this world coming to?

Interior surfaces including seats wiped down with Autoglym Interior Shampoo . The leather seats were scrubbed with the Autoglym Hi Tech Cleaning Pad as well.
Carpets were vacuumed and then sprayed down with Autoglym Interior Shampoo and allowed to dwell for 5 minutes before scrubbing with the Laitner Carpet & Upholstery Brush and extracting with the Mytee Lite.
All glass was cleaned with Autoglym Fast Glass and Exclusive Waffle Weave Window towels.
Exterior washed with Blackfire Gloss Shampoo and Raceglaze Sheepskin mitt
Inner fenders were cleaned with Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner while the tires and wheels got Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner
Tires dressed with Poorboys Bold n'Bright dressing

    Here are some befores.

And afters. The specs on the seats were sand that just wouldn't come out of the perforated leather.

The marks on the door are from the rain that had begun to fall. Five minutes later it was a freakin monsoon!

nice little job ken. looks good.

man oh man do i hate sandy interiors. thats the WORST. a couple months back i got a minivan at work for an interior that had just come back from a family cross country road trip. apparently they were somewhere sandy in the US midwest, left one of the sliding doors open on a windy day, and well, you get the picture. i spend at least 3 hours with the vac and airline just working on the sand. that stuff gets everywhere....

That is just amazing how fast a vehicle can get dirty, I'm sure it looked just like the finished pictures last time too. Great job man, and the camera is taking some really nice pictures.

Great job Ken as always and the camera seems to be working quite well. I have to agree that its just amazing how some folks can get a car so dirty in so little time.

Great work Ken! Sometimes I regret selling my MyTee.. but so far I've only needed it once this year. I feel a good cleaner, and some elbow grease gets most stains out fairly well

    Again, good job!

I agree. For most of my clients, an interior detail consists of a good vacuum but its nice to have when you need it. May look at a steamer as well. I'll wait until Carlos is tired of his! Shouldn't be long.

All I did was wipe them down with window cleaner - it doesn't streak on wood either. Normally you can use a finishing polish by hand.
