Yeah, I want to see like 40 people in a pool win it and then everyone starts freaking out and suing each other. as for a personal range, I actually have one. on my parents property we have an area cordoned off where we shoot I actually need to rent or have someone come out with a scraper and build up some berms.
I never play the state lottery. People hate taxes but call it a lottery (a greed tax) and they can be all in. Amazing what changing the name can do... I do not think the government should be involved in such activities. I have no issue with gambling by private companies but the government should not be encouraging it this way.

yeah, people have no idea........ 1.5 billion tickets sold, 640 million pay out, then taxed this week was a good week for the government. In California the lottery is supposed to fund education projects, but who knows where the money actually goes.
