Just completed Audi from a new to me client referred by Jeff @ Immaculate Reflections(Thank you Jeff) per usual the dealership did not meet the expectations of my client and he was distressed about this, told him this is how they are delivered but that a fix was easy and he would have the car dialed in and enjoy his "New car" finally. As it came in. More holograms from the shop the dealership used to fix their detailers holograms. It should be mentioned that Management at dealerships are the real culprit here, as the detail crews are not paid well and lack formal training along with shortened timeframes to complete vehicles for the "Sales department" as I myself have experienced this when I was in charge of the detailing dept at a local BMW dealership for a short 90 day contract and saw "Shenanigans" daily in the year 2000. Getting to it, first 50/50 pics. Clearing up the haziness on the hood. Dried wax & waterspots. After. A couple of interior pics. Vehicle was completed in the evening so no sun pics.................... Wheels are now clean and bright. Another starting life as it should.
Great work Bob! Was the owner able to get reimbursed any of the cost from the dealership on the detail? That "baseball like" stitching on those seats is sick!!! :headbang: Props to Jeff on the referral too.
I second that the stitching is awesome, but the real amazing job was the cleanup on that paint... Awesome job!
