Me and Hamza tackled another car together. This time a 2012 Mazda 3 delivered last month. Sadly the paint was not looking 1 month old, although it didn't have typical swirls from washing the owner went to a wash bay a few times and used a dirty brush. This meant M205 on a white pad just didn't do squat! D300 worked faster and better but any further and 2 steps would be needed on this soft paint. Not too bad on the brake dust! During: Money shot! After half the hood, pretty dang dirty. Onto the rest of the car. Wiped... after claying. Polishing time!!! No swirls, instead these quite deep lines. Left=unpolished Harder to see the difference in this shot, but there is definitely some. Holy smokes!! Spot buffing was needed. Saved! Polishing the rear in action. Looking gooooood! #Winning Last foam to get rid of any oils from the D300. DIY Foam Gun in action Let the foam dwell for a minute or two. Rising action. After: The sun says it all Wheels after thorough cleaning + Dressing Reflection to perfection. More smiles, enjoy. Adios! Thanks for looking!
Before: During: After: Elevated Status I also tried something very stupid because we don't get paid enough for this level of detail but I also polished out the door sills Here's a 50:50 it was very hard to capture because I was holding a hot halogen light in one hand and my phone to take the picture in the other
