non electric version , is an 6.3 amg handcrafted engine. interior ( doors , dash , seats , console) wipe down with 303 protectant in a satin look. the main issue was 3 scuffs on passanger side. the whole car was polished with a variety of pads and compound/polish as needed. Scuff before: 95% repair, Scuff after : found some random scratches on the trunk , before: After: hood before: Hood after: All after:
Brand new car and already f'd up? Nice save A guy a few miles from me just got one hopefully I will be taking care of it come spring.
it does look very good in red will be detailing my dad's gunmetal grey soon....not looking forward to correcting that massive front bonnet though. I thought there was alot of paint surface area on my GTR, but the SLS steps it up another notch again the "one man" who builds the engine is a huge marketing gimmick.... my dad was in germany to see his car go into production
Beautiful car, looks nice Cosmin as this is one of the first details on one of these that I have seen.SLS = "Tightness", house in the background is nice as well.
Huh? :shead: Kidding, right? This car will be a classic, just like the original 300SL. I think it's a pretty well-done update/remake/homage/whatever to one of the most beautiful cars of all time.
its not classically beautiful, no new cars are really and it's not particularly fast either but it is a modern day classic, more so than any new ferrari, lambo, aston, 911 etc which get facelifted/updated every few months fyi technically the car was designed/engineered and is built by AMG, not mercedes
I agree, they ruined the car from the old Maclaren, the front end is so ugly in my eyes. Great job on the car though, looks very nice and wet.
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. It looks amazing from all angles...but from the back. Love it in red, you did a great job!
Dang Cosmin I should've stayed in San Antonio and worked with ya! I'm out here working on suv after suv Great work brother keep on postin so I'll have something to drool over
