Just completed, this customer saw some of my write ups and was interested in what I could do for his Porsche as it some cosmetic "Issues" and he wanted his new car to look well....."New". With only 6k miles or so the car needed light correction mostly but some areas required a little more attention such as the front and rear bumpers and wing. Car as it came in....... Dried out trim and spots. Cluster of sand scratches. Corrected. Reverse angle of sand scratches. All gone...... Right rear quarter(Which the client was concerned with..). After. Drivers door corrected. Decent marring on lower rocker. Corrected. Left side front bumper was hazy with some kind of overspray, would require some aggressive correction to fix the issue. After compounding & polishing, reflection of the halogen lights have clarity and gloss now. Right side of the bumper had the same issue. After.
Wing was marred up pretty good, so again some considerable time was spent to correct the scratches. After initial compounding step. Sand scratches on the wing, this was suprising as Porsche only has defects on the bumpers mostly. After. Sand scratches on right side of the rear bumper. After. On the home stretch......wheels dialed in, with calipers cleaned/polish/waxed. Paint finished down pre-lsp. Front splitter dressed to a matte finish. Trunk area dressed to a matte finish(Say no to shine & grease lol). Interior looking sharp.
Bob, your white balance is off for the last few pictures. You probably still have it set to indoor when shooting outdoors. Your work is amazing by the way. My car needs to get some good massages from you when the birthday comes!
