Brand new vehicle in the shop to prep the finish for the entire car to wrapped in clear film via Premier, this new Ferrari had the least amount of sand scratches in the finish along with other defects so the car is much improved over previous model years along with the obvious engineering and styling improvements. Did a thorough wash/clay as usual, and put the car on the lift to inspect what condition the vehicles paint finish was in. Although the finish was nicer in most regards, "The boys from Marenello did leave sand scratches in both front and rear bumpers along with the holograms from not finishing down the paint as needed. Same area after correction of the sand scratches. As I have stated before......Ferrari should sub-contract paint work to the company that paints the Bugatti or Audi...... Same area after correction. 50/50 pics on the rear. Before. After. Tire with dealership applied solvent tire greasy kid stuff. Stripped away, now the tire can be dressed properly with a satin look. Finish polished down, no lsp as the entire car is being wrapped. A couple of interior pics. Engine pic, the new configuration over the 430 engine bay. At Premier for the wrap and laser passport install.
Back to my shop for final detailing pre-delivery to a great customer who also has a 2011 Turbo S, I mean why decide between both cars......"It only costs a little more to go first class"....well maybe not a little more(lol). And back to Premier for final delivery.
Looks great Bob! I just completed a detail and clear-film install on a white 458 and the car car had almost the same issues. It looked like someone wetsanded both bumpers, but never polished them after. What brand of film does Premier use, Ventureshield? Keep up the great work!!

Beautiful car. Do these come in stick shift?? I've only seen flappy paddle... As much as I respect the immense amount of technology in Ferrari's flappy paddle transmissions, I'd take a 6 speed any day of the week.
