Evenin', This lovely M3 belongs to a good friend of mine. Came over the house today, and I showed him how to wash and wax it properly. It was also an opportune moment to try out my newly acquire Swissvax Saphir. Absolutely lovely wax. As it was just a wash 'n wax, I thought we'd get a bit more creative with the photos. Enjoy. :chips:
Wow, AWESOME PICTURES! Those are the quality of pictures that I would like to take someday. Time to step up my game.
Those pictures are stunning! I love the composition. The car ain't bad either +1 on what lens/body/settings were used.
Always loved the headlights of BMW's and boy your pictures sure make them stand out even more, well done :thumb: I agree great lighting/composition :worship2:
Awesome pics on a great car! I agree with the other poster in that "I think I wet myself" looking at some of those!
Looks awesome! Those are some mean machines!!! Question, did he replace the inner bulb in those corona lights? I know it is yellow when comes from a factory...
Thanks everyone for the kind words, it's much appreciated. I really need to upgrade my camera as I'm being limited by it at this point. The camera is a Rebel XT and the photos were taken with the kit 18-55 lens. It was on a tripod with a remote release trigger to avoid any shake. The lighting used was actually the security lights on my garage, but it gave a nice gloomy effect with the shutter open at about 5 seconds, but keeping the ISO at 100 (I think, maybe it was 200?). Slanguage, it's a lovely wax, thank you! And Carn, yes, I do need to clean the sensor, hah. Time to get that 50D!!!
