Well I had the chance to finally clean this car a year after the customer purchased it; he does park it outside so the paint did see some weathering but I told him to never take it to an automated carwash that was a touchwash. So it was pretty low on swirls I first washed this car; then used CWC on it. Then I clayed it and then ONR washed the car. I began to mask it up; began to use Menzerna S203 on a green pad (I think the LC green pads suck but that's just IMHO) the flatpads work way better on the Makita.then I used M105 on a really nasty fender which had a whole bunch of scratches. I used my LG machine on the front floor mats. Treated the leather with Lexol since i did it for a cut price. and also washed the engine bay out. I used Poorboys blackhole topped with Nattys blue. All done: Bling bling..
I charged him 40% less than I usually do it; since he was an old teacher of mine I told him what I'd cut out. he was fine with that.
is it me or did they extend the length of those cars over the years?? They just look so long now for a two door, still a nice car though.
