I received a phone call that a fire truck was waiting for me, I always look forward to these bad boys, the truck:

This one was quite different compared to the other ones I’ve done:

The front looks good doesn’t it, here is a closer look of the front.

The interior was quite nice, and like always lovely buttons:

    This time buttons were outside:

I always take several minutes to admire these trucks, well enough admiring time to get to work.

First up the interior is given a full vacuum:

Once the vacuum was done it was time to give the interior a full wipe down, for the wipe down Meg’s APC is used and a Swissvax brush is used for all vents and hard to reach sections:

Once the wipe down was done it was time to dress the interior, for this Meg’s #40 is used with a yellow micro fiber towel.

Windows are left for last, now it’s time to move to the exterior. First up the wheel wheels receive a healthy coat of P21S Total Auto Wash:

Then the rims receive P21S Gel:

Tires receive ARO, now with the help of a long handle brush the wheel wells are agitated:

The face of the rims are agitated with a Swissvax brush and the tires are scrubbed with a Meg’s tire brush:

Here is how all that agitating/scrubbing looks like:

This method is done to all wheel wells, rims and tires.

Moving along to the rest of the vehicle, first of all the CR System is connected:

The two bucket method is used:

The shampoo of choice is Pinnacle Shampoo.

The washing of these trucks takes time and this is where the CR unit comes in real handy as the washing of these trucks is done section by section and the last thing I need to worry about is water spots left over.

Well this truck was booked to only receive a wash, as the stickers/decals needed to be applied.

Once the entire truck had been washed it was time to dry it. First with the help of the air compressor as much water as possible is removed, followed up with a waffle weaved micro fiber. The windows were finished off with Stoner Invisible Glass with a glass micro fiber towel.

Now for the end results, now remember this is just simple wash:

Now lets see how those bugs came off
