Hello, Had the pleasure of de-winterizing this lovely G35S. The customer insisted we use the full range of Zaino products on the exterior, which made the LSP choice very easy. The customer had purchased the vehicle brand new, and has taken care of it himself since then. The paint had very minor swirlmarking, so it could have used a very light polishing, but just a Zaino is what it was going to be for this time around. I started at around 8:15am and finished around 12:30pm. I was excited about this being the first detail in my new garage, and I had slaved away for two days last week to put the new driveway in. It was a success all around... Paint: -------- 1) Wash with CG Citrus Wash 'n Gloss 2) Clay with Z-18 clay w/ Clay Magic for lube 3) Wash with DG 901 4) Dry w/ Sonus Der Wunder towels 5) Blow the shite out of all the crack with the shop vac!!! 6) Zaino AIO 7) Zaino Z5 8) Zaino Z2 Pro Wheels/Tires: ----------------- 1) Amazing Roll Off on tires 2) Meguiar's Hot Rims Multi Piece on wheels 3) Zaino Z-16 on tires, which was topped with Tropi-Care Tire Dressing afterwards (not pictured) Interior: ---------- 1) Folex on all carpets 2) 1Z Cockpit Premium on all interior plastics 3) 1Z Lederplege on all leather 4) 1Z Gummi Plege on weatherstripping Enjoy the photos... BEFORE: ----------- How about that new drive? General grubiness... All the cleaners doing their job... AFTER: --------- :chips:
Looks great love the blue slate! I've been waiting for somebody to detail a G35 on here! Thanks for sharing
My guess is the chrome cover came off exposing the raw metal underneath. Anyways awesome work Piet! I love the depth and your photos are cool as hell. Keep it up :applause2:
Haha, well noticed! The customer told me he had scraped the bottom of the car at one point and the right chrome cover must have caught and ripped off. Shame!
Very Nice! Love the way the Zaino looks on that color. PS I like the rock material on the entrance to your garage
Thanks again everyone! Yes, I'm quite happy the drive turned out OK. The metal edging is nice, but not cheap!
