I talked to the customer about the car. He wanted it cleaned up nicely. Im not sure how he has been taking care of it but for the most part it was in good shape. Minor swirls, waterspots and rims were DIRTY. So we agreeded on a 1 step detail.

The BMW was washed with ONR and 2 buckets using a Lowes Grout Sponge, dried with Shag Rag and Vroom drying towels
Wheels, tires and fender wells cleaned with Zep Citrus degreaser, brushes, MF mit and lots of Q Tips (I need some Raceglaze brushes :thumb:)
Windows cleaned with Zep Professional cleaner
Exhaust cleaned with 0000 Steel wool, Meg Hot Rim Chrome polish, Duragloss 501
Clayed with Meg white clay using ONR
Tires and wheel wells treated with Meg ASD
    Wheels treated with DG 501
Paint was polished with FK 215, PC LC euro foam flat 5.5" Green pad (my first time with this combo and it did great, cleans great, removed the swirls and waterspots). As I was finsihing I could see the metallic flakes just poppin, at first I thought it was the FK 215 dusting lol
Glass polished with the same combo as the paint
    Danse Wet glaze on paint
    LSP today was Wet Obsession

Nice job Sal. Love how you made the paint just pop! The Wet Obsession looks great on the gray, so what was your opinion of the Wet Obsession?

Thanks JL, I did this detail in full sun today. I must say all the products used were fantastic. WO is a great wax, easy on and off, looks great. I must say though the FK 215 surprised me the most. The car looked awesome with just that on it but I wanted to gice it just a lil extra. I have WO on my Accord for a lil while now. Yesterday was the first time in a month that I washed the car and it cleaned up so easily with just some ONR

    Thank you P1et

Thanks man, means a lot. I am glad as well. Work is going good just need to get my repair order avg up. I am not suppose to but I have been slipping select customers my detailing business cards. We found out we have a new addition to our family comming in March. I will be making a thread here shortly

Thanks Luis, thanks for the great deal. The WO is a great wax for sure. Especially on a day like today hot n humid, allowed me to apply and remove a panel at a time so it sped up my process.

Well just remember the Company you are Employed by right now are the ones putting Food on your table and a Roof over your head.I wouldn't be trying to save the DEALERSHIPS CUSTOMERS any Money on repairs, you need to sale, sale, sale. The customers may tell you they appreciate your help, but where were they during your Unemployment.:tiptoe:

As far as slipping cards,:shead: Be Very Carefull/Selective with this practice, you piss off 1 Person off and it gets back to the Dealership, well I don't think I have to tell you how that may end.Have you talked/Asked the Service Manager if you could do this? He/She may not have a Problem with it if you can get your numbers up.:thumb:

Not trying to sound like your Father, I just know how tough things have been and don't want to see you go Backwards from this point.Regardless you have my Support/Prayers.:headbang:

Sorry about running this in with everyone else(MultiQuote) My Computer skills still have alot to be Desired:giggle:

Wow, looks great. Was going to ask if you had to do the full detail in the sun, then I saw your comment. Hats off on a job well done!

My service manager knows I detail on the side, he was impressed with the headlights I did on the SS. The manager that trained me said it would not be a good idea to work on Nissan customers cars. So Im not too sure. But I am very selective on what customers I have been telling and make sure noone else is around. I sure do not wanna take any steps back. I do appreciate you lookin out and I will take your advise

Thank you, I do miss my garage lol. I feel like a snow man melting in the sun
