    green UBER pads 5.5 /with M205

Love them! low profile and the size of 5.5 is the perfect fit.

Awesome job. How did you find the paint responding to your middle step on the rotary? The test section you posted looks like a SIGNIFICANT difference

I'm working on adding steps I did for this.

    For the test panel:
    1. yellow UBER pad with M105 @ 1500rpm with the makita.
-grippy as hell, lubricate the pad a lot with water to stay moist without having product sligging everywhere. This was the hardest part of the detail really. Certain part required 2 passes (considering 1 pass was going over the area 3 times up and down)

    2. green UBER with M205 @ 1500rpm to 1000rpm with the makita.
-trying to finish it down without leaving too much hologram, this step had me doing it very slowly and steady.

    3. blue UBER with P085RD @ 1200rpm with the makita.
-smooth smooth ride along the paint, trying to get a high gloss.

Very nice. I have the same Highline II gauage, but my 09 Altima only reads an average of 110 mic. Since I bought the car new and only use 85rd for light polishing, I hope I don't lose too much clear. I bought the PTG as I was planning to wet sand the whole car because of the heavy OP, but now I decided it's to risky. Anyway, good job on that black paint.

    Thanks :)

P085RD, combine with a light polishing pad, won't remove much CC at all. I think I removed about 4 to 5 microns all around the car.

Get a practice panel (Scrap yard) and buffing it out. You'll see that you will be much more conf
