This car came out of the dealer looking like crap to begin with and then it was taken to two detail shops and both places said there is not much they can do with it . All I can think is why are these places still in business. Foam Bath Clay with Sonus ultra fine Some areas got Power Gloss green foam 1700rpm Sip green foam 1700rpm Sip / Op 50/50 mix black foam 1500rpm 106 FA white foam 1300rpm then I try something different using 85Rd after 106 IMO it looks little better PO85RD blue foam 1000rpm then a really good wipe down with Menzerna FI Swissvax Zuffenhausen Here are some pics
Well done, that is a great way to to start your posting here :thumb: Vehicle looks great, just curious though those looked like some nice swirls/scratches so the other detailers said they couldn't take care of those? Man that seems odd :shrug: but seems like you sure took care of all those swirls/scratches. Thank you for sharing with us :applause2:
The owner said he had the car back in 4 hrs when he took it to these other shops, how much can you do in 4 hrs , IMO they put some wax on the car and pushed out the door and that's pretty much what you get when a shop charges you $150.00
It seems the other shop's just wash and wax only, you did a great job on it. Hope the owner is very happy with your work.:applause:
Well sometimes getting a deal is not really getting a deal, I'm a firm beleaver you get what you pay for...4hrs...all I can do in about 4hrs is rims, engine, wash the entiere vehicle and clay...that's all depending the state off the vehicle too...but 4hrs to polish...no way..maybe if it was one of those smart cars hahahahahaha.
