1Z einszett Paint Polish 'Lack Politur'

My car is a 2010 bmw 535xi and the color is a metallic black, and i just wanted to know if this polish will remove very light hair-lines scratches from the cars finish?..with this polish i want to use the UBER GREEN PAD..please any info will great..

This might be better for that, with the green pad.

The 1Z polishes are ok, but nothing to write home about.

 

should i use a PC or a Rotary?

 

Try the rotary first, but if its not finishing down hologram free, then try the PC.

 

1. Have you used a rotary/PC before?
2. Are you proficient with either one?
3. If you've never used a rotary before, and are not proficient with a PC, you should start with a PC.
4. Do try the Menzerna SIP, or if your car is not that bad, try 106FA.
5. A picture of your car would yield better/more accurate responses.

I have used both machines..
Do I have to prime the pad with the polish prior to starting?

 

I give it a spritz of quick detailer if its a brand new pad. Otherwise, no.

 

Oh, I prime the pads if I'm using M105. Look up Kevin Brown Method, it's a technique he devised to basically (from my understanding) make M105 have a longer working time.
