1Z einszett Kristall Klar Washer Fluid Review

Guys,

I just wanted to say a few things about this product. I've been trying some 1Z products lately (you can blame 1Z whore from this forum ... lol) and I've really impressed with all of them.

This washer fluid is great at removing road film and bug splatter. I've been using Rain X windshield washer for many years. I've never been satisfied with any windshield washer brand when it comes to bug removal. Most of them smear bug splatter all over the windshield.

Kristall Klar completely removes fresh bug splatter. It has been the first fluid that I've ever used that kinda foams when it hits a windshield. This product really works great during the summer months specially where I live now (VA Bug land ... lol). I can't wait to try their winter version.

This fluid has a really nice citrus smell that can be smelled inside a car's cabin every time it's used.

Ever since you gave me a sample of the glas polish and the gummi I've been trying them here and there. The next product on my "things to try out" list is the cockpit premium.

 

oh wow you have to try that one out!

 

cockpit premium is nice. My favorite 1Z products are deep plastic cleaner, blitz and W99

 

Thanks for this review gianni. After hearing that it completely removes bug splatter, I'm definitely going to have to get some. The bugs seem to be really bad this year and I can't stand them all over my windshield.

 

And whatever you can't get out of the glass won't smear like with other windshield washers.

 

Kristall Klar is great stuff! Used it alot back in the day cleans great and does not streak up. Never did get another bottle though as I could never remember to change out to winter mix and did have a washer tank crack on me once because of it. I may have to get one for this summer and put a sticker to remind me to change it out ha.

AGPatel, that sucks about the washer tank. The Anti-Frost makes the transition easier since it can be used year round when diluted accordingly. Also, we're going to bring it in earlier this year then we did last year.

BTW, Kristall Klar works really well with frameless wiper blades like the Pylon/Michelin brand or Bosch Icon

 

i've been using Kristall Klar for years and I have to say it is by far the best washer fluid ever. It outperforms even the factory fill from VW/Audi and blows away the blue stuff from the autoparts store. Since it comes in a concentrate it is easy to store and cost effective. Oh, and it smells great!

BTW: I always mix with DI water for the best results.

 

1Z einszett is by far one of my favorite brands.

Gummi, cockpit premium, deep plastic cleaner are all among my favorite products.

 

eh no problem it was on my older car so nothing a trip to the junk yard and $15 didnt fix.

I will have to get a bottle of Kristall and a bottle of Anti-Frost to remind myself when the time comes to change out.

For anyone with a VAG car this is the closest smelling washer fluid to the factory fill that everyone loves.

 

+1 for smelling like VAG factory fill. It is what attracted me to it in the first place.

i just tried out 1Z KK and this stuff is amazing...haha...i had to use the rest of the washer fluuid in the tank before adding this in. the low level light was on so i figured, why not give it a shot this time around.

kidna neat b/c when it sparys onto the windshield, the solution kinda "foams" up very little...it cleans freaking amazing. i love this stuff now!...=)

nice scent to it as well.

 

Phil i hope you are stocked up on 1Z stuff as i will be getting a bunch in about a week brother!!! especially this stuff havent gotten it since you gave me a sample in an order a while back.

 

we have tons!

 

I love KK. You must get the cockpit premium. I bought a 5L jug of it. Here's a tip though, get the dispenser nozzle for it.
