Well this one is close to my heart as I can't seem to let her go..... Got some time to get her into proper form. 1995 BMW M3 in Avus Blue. The condensed version to follow as I had done a thorough write up and was logged out and in the process somehow lost all of it.....

    Procedure:

-Wheels attacked with Sonax FE (Daytona Speed Master and various brushes)
    -Pre rinse
-Foam gun with chemical guys maxi suds II and Citrus wash
    -Wash with Schmitt wash mitt
-blow dry with Metro Master Blaster
    - Iron X applied
    - Speed Prep Towel

    Correction Steps:

    Tools:
    -Rupes 21
    -Rupes 75
    -Griots 6 inch

    pads:
    Meguiars MF cut
    Surbuf R
    LC hydro Tangerine

    Compound/Polish
    M101
    D300
    M105

    Pictures begin....

Before (ouch) I wanted to show how using an improper wash technique causes these type of defects very easily.

very nice....I started doing all my write ups in notepad...doing image embedding manually so I can save periodically and then copy/paste all at once in the forum.

Amazing work on a modern classic. Loving how wet the paint looks and the Fikse wheels. That's a classy M-series right there!!!
