Here is my DD she has 182K sor far on her and I've never detailed her before. Only a wax once of some cheap auto store stuff. So I washed with CG citrus in the Glam foam gun. Used 2 bucket method vs my 3 bucket method. some shots before I started Some shots after the foam gun did its work most slides off quickly Then some after the wash shots Then I took some pics after I clayed the hood there was little to no contamination due to the fact I had the cars fender repared and to make the panel not stick out in a different shade the feathered the hood. So I guess thats why its so clean. Any ways used a QD as lube Then I set out to use my Flex with huge 6" pads I had a bit of a problem at first:doh: but now that I fixed it things went great this is my first detail of a car :thumb: this pic is of the driver mirror un polished this is the passenger polished Side trim corrected vs not corrected now the next morning I took just 3 pics I was running late to school ok thnx for lookin opcorn:
looks great. love altima SE-R wheels, i want those WP is pretty nice color to detail as i found out after g37 that Nick and i did
yeah a tough spot was the driver fender it was re painted and the clear coat was sticky and the flex kept wanting to go everywhere so i just used a little more polish and a slower speed
Great job for your first detail! I have not even moved up to a Flex yet. Looks great. I love the side trim!
Nice job on that for your first time. I love how the metallic shows on the side pillars. You should be proud.
Thnx guys I'm hooked now but now you gotta go see the M3 I just did I spent even more time andI think even looks better
