Evening, This customer contacted me to have his 300ZX detailed before it was to be entered in the 22nd Annual ZCON festival 2009. It's a seven day festival, and it was looks we were going for. The owner purchased the vehicle 9 years ago, and it was a repaint. Not the greatest repaint, and it's in need of a new paint job honestly, but today it was just about making it look as good as possible without polishing it. The previous detailer had already burned through the paint on the roof, so who knew ho much I had to play with. I did, however polish out the front fenders as they had light scrapes and marring due to the owner doing most of the engine work. Enjoy... 1) Wash w/ CG CWG and Zymol sponge 2) Dried with Sonus Der Wunder WW and Last Touch 3) PO203S w/ blue Uber pad on front fender w/ Flex 4) CG EZ Creme Glaze 5) CG Jetseal 109 6) Souveran - Wheels washed with P21S, sealed with Jetseal 109 and Zaino Z16 on the tires. :applause2: Upon arrival, hadn't been washed since January! Nice and dirty... Nice work Mr. Previous Detailer! Cluster... The afters! Much better after one pass of PO203S on blue finished pad... Lots of power... Goodbye!
That turned out great man ... :applause: Love those older Z's with their timeless style. One of my best buddies had a 1990 Pearl Yellow. He called me to help him drive it out of the lot 'cause he didn't know how to drive stick shift ... it was a sweet ride.
very nice work on this one, P1et! I see you are wearing your Chemical Guys shirt for this detail, aren't you???
Great work there Piet. Love the look of Jetseal topped with a nuba on black. Good call on that! Love the car as well.
Well done P1et, vehicle looks great :thumb: That engine bay looks great, I wonder how this vehicle would handle  Good looking pictures too
Daaaang man that thing is chipped up it's really a driven car. One question what did you use on the carbon fiber?
