yesterday did hood. some asshole cat decided it would be good idea to leave his prints on clear coat when it wasn't fully dried. you could see it at certain angles and it drove me nuts, we couldnt leave it like that. so i tried to wetsand it and it helped but was too much work and too much correction to be done after that so i tried 4" wool pad that i had, boy did it made things easy after that. went over one path and all prints were gone, went over with 203 twice with orange pad and now its prefect. very happy with results. Nick gona probably finish car today and take pics. looking for paint gauge to be more carefull next time if i have to take too much clear coat off. wonder how much of it i took off Nick said he might be getting ferrari soon, if i dont get to work on it, at least i want to sit in one
