ok, I'll admit I was a little more excited about this detail than some of the others...so I took more pics than usual. btw I got a ride the night b4 when I came to inspect the car ( wow ) never knew something could move that fast...

Here's the process with Pics as I progress: (no wash pics)
Karcher Pressure Washer rinse 1800 PSI
Karcher Foam Cannon soak w/ Adam's Car Wash
    re-rinse
wash via Griot's MF mitt w/ Adam's Car Wash
    re-rinse
leaf blower 90% of the water off
soaked down the car with Adam's Detail Spray
clayed with Swissvax yellow paint rubber and Adam's detail spray as lube (yes I double lubed)
finished drying off with 2 detailers domain WW towels (awesome towels)
let the customer pull it in and took readings-getting this all the way around the car (repaint suspected)[IMG]

    On the the paint correction:
test panel was the passenger door as it looked pretty average for the rest of the car[IMG]

After Menzerna SIP via LC CCS orange+Menzerna 106FA via LC CCS white[IMG]
    excuse the lint :)[IMG]

    a nice 50/50 example:[IMG]
    passenger rear 1/4 panel before:[IMG]
    and after:[IMG]
    Passenger front fender before:[IMG]
    50/50 on door vs. fender[IMG]
    and after:[IMG][IMG]
    before fender:[IMG]
    [IMG]after fender:[IMG]

    Passenger Side:[IMG]

Drivers door (left side) after: (why didn't I take a b4...idk)[IMG]
nice 50/50 down the middle of the door: (see their really was swirls on the door b4! lol)[IMG]

    drivers door(right side) before:[IMG][IMG]
    and after:[IMG][IMG]

    HERE'S the PROBLEM AREA![IMG][IMG]
    oooooooohh[IMG][IMG]

    The Power of Menzerna:[IMG]
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

roof and rear we're done with no pics

    hood is carbon fiber btw

returned the next morning for the good stuff!

did a nice tour of the car with Menzerna PO85rd via LC CCS blue at speed 2[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Then it was time for the good stuff!
I toured the car once again with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid via PC on LC CCS black speed 1
buffed off with a detailers domain red MF towel (before buffing off I took advice from Clark at Polishedbliss and used a seperate MF to remove to tape glue b4 buffing the cleaner fluid off with the DD red)

now is the grande finale with Swissvax Mystery: Enjoy![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Tires were given Adam's VRT and the Fikse wheels were polished with Adam's Metal Polish 2[IMG]

Engine was polished with Adams Metal 1+2 and wiped down for a final buff

I really loved this detail. Hope you guys find his helpful and enjoyed the read!

btw Fminus, yes the Mystery is worth every last penny:woot:

That thing probs has some insane sleaves. The 2JZ can handle lots of boost, but 1600RWHP is just insane.

damn about 7 years ago one of my buddies had 2 supras.. a 94 and a 97.. the 94 put down 826 with twin HKS turbos and fully built, and the 97 put down 815 w/ a single T88 GReddy turbo... insane.. i remember one night going 170 on the 91 freeway in the 94.. but that was when it was only putting down 460 whp..

anywho, great job man.. i always like lookin at your threads.. i wish i had time to get out there and schedule customers, but i work 8-5 so its tough for me.. i get home from work and its already dark.. oh well, i think ive got a couple details coming up soon..
