Did this job before leaving for SEMA and forgot about it.............. very nice car that I did once before as new, but it had been awhile(over a year!!) since then and the car required more attention than it should have if maintenance details would have been performed.

As seen in the pics the wheels/wheel wells were pretty bed and besides the paint correction needed, I spent extra time and effort on the hubmounting assembly/wedge brake calipers and since I was mobile and could not dismount the wheels I made sure the rotors were clean of residual moisture rust from the wash by going back and forth until the rotors were dry and clean then proceeded to clean and seal the wheels as needed.

    The beginning.

    A little "Scuffage".

There was not tremendous marring over the whole car, but what was there was deep!.

Spent extra time on the grill, as there was built up polish/wax from ANOTHER company left behind(clients may stray but they always come back to do it right as opposed to "Right now").

Wheel cleaned and ready for polish/sealant and dressing on the tire.

    Exhaust tips were predictably bad....

    Looking better.

Tips looking better, however there was some carbon deposits that could not be removed with anything I had in my arsenal.

Leaves and sand on the "Dreaded" low wire hair carpet, this type of carpet is a PITA to clean(VW's have this carpet in the trunk and the car) I would clean in this area for a good longtime(long enough to have my vacuum need a break!! and admittedly me too).

    After.

On the home stretch on day two of the job, no sun pics as it was raining.

LED pics will have to do.

To keep the "Yeah right it was raining comments at bay"

I does not happen much anymore, but I was mobile for 14 years. Here are some recent mobile jobs.

    Not so recent in 2007.

    Gorgeous job!

May I ask you what you used on this S65 for the tire dressing? That one shot of the flash reflecting off the front passenger tire has the look I am going after for my car.

    nice job , as always
the diamond seats are the worst leather seats ever, get`s dirty fast and looks ugly , to picture that on each diamond the 2 sides facing the door are dirty and other 2 sides are clean ( usually the bottom of the driver seat)

Nice work. 303 Protectant is a totally under-rated tire shine, never looks brown or greasy even in direct sunlight and has decent durability to boot.

That was a two car garage with a two and a half garage sized car.............. no leg stretching was accomplished on that job, just kidding I know you ment being mobile as opposed to being couped up in my shop lol.

I've been trying to use this as a tire dressing, but I can never get it to look right. How do you get it to work so well for you?

You have to clean the rubber sidewall thoroughly before dressing application, maybe that is what is holding you up.

Very nice work!:) what do you use to clean that low level carpeting besides your vacuum. I have it in our 2010 ML 350 as well but since we keep it clean it doesnt get so bad but even just a little dirty its a real pita to clean.

Do you rub the carpeting while wearing them to get a static effect.

wow nice work as usual. Do share your secrets . . . . . that carpet in VW's is seriously a pain in the arss! I can't believe that even some of the nice and expensive luxury cars have that type of carpeting. It is just such a pain to clean.

Digging the mobile jobs though. How's business in California? I'm actually considering moving back out there.
