This car is the latest one I have done. It looked OK outside but once cleaned, the swirls and effects of the car wash were evident. Just my usual arsenal of products on this one although I did try a mixture I had made up a while ago of 75/25 85rd/RMG. I'd like to try it with DWG/85rd too. All in all a 12 hour job.

    The Process:

    Wheels/Wells/Tires:

    Wheels got Megs WB
Tires & Wells cleaned with Kleenol (10:1)
Wheels subsequently polished with DG 501 then sealed with JS
Tires subsequently treated with DP gel
    Wells treated with Adams

    Wash:

2 bucket method using DG soap and grout sponge
Exhaust tips cleaned with Megs WB (thanks JL for that tip)

    Paint:

Clayed with Riccardo blue and ONR lube
Compounded using X3 or PG with a rotary and purple foamed wool at 1500 rpm
Polished using a 75/25 mixture of 85rd/RMG using a rotary with a blue pad at 1000 rpm
Cleaned using DG 501 with a UDM and a black pad at #2
    DG 601 applied by hand
DG 105 applied via UDM and small blue pad at #2
    AW after curing period
Chrome cleaned with DG 501 and sealed with 105

    Head/Tail Lights:

Head lights were compounded with X3 and small purple foamed wool pad using rotary at 1500 rpm then cleaned with DG 501 using rotary and small blue pad and sealed with DG 105
Tail lights polished with 85rd/RMG combo using rotary and small black pad then cleaned with DG 501 via rotary followed by DG 105

    Interior/Glass:

Glass cleaned with IG and 2 mf system
Mats spot treated with Folex then steam cleaned
    Carpeting steam cleaned
Leather surfaces steam cleaned then treated with DG Leather treatment
Plastic surfaces cleaned with ONR then treated with 303
Jams cleaned with ONR and then treated with AW
    Wood treated with AW

Joe..it's funny you ask that..I had to re-do the rear passenger door. I hit it with 106 and a white pad then went back to the blue pad with the mixture.
    thanks Al!!

Great work as always richy. Man I do love to see your show and shines. How anyone could look at your work and not make the DG 501/601/105 combo a staple in there supplies is beyond me. Heck you got me buying the 501 and 105 by the gallon! Oh and man does Megs WB do a phenomenal job on Caddy wheels or what!

AR..thank you so much. I was very proud of the end result!

JL..thank you sir! I must admit you've got my attention with the BH line, but I have too many supplies as it is to try something new. Not to mention, I am still testing some stuff for Jerry..he's sending me a different one this week or next...a cool 3 part system..should be interesting.
