This is one of my favorite cars that Hermann takes care of. Not only is it black but the horsepower matches it's great looks. The paint had some water spots/etching and typical washing swirls. The paint looks like it was buffed at the dealer since I did find some holograms, other than that the owner just washed it and applied a generic wax. It is garaged kept so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Paint correction was done with the following products-M105, M205, Ultrafina, 3M wool pads, white kompressor pads, blue ccs pads. Lsp is Black Fire Wet Diamond.
About time you post this! Great work Dana. Those chrome rims really throw the car off... until you see the drag radials on the rear's!!
Drool!!!!!!! Sweet ass ride!!!!!! Gotta love those Shelby's. I saw a 66 GT350 sell for $600,000 last night on ESPN. Shelby still makes some awesome cars. They seem to make the regular GT's seem like the little kids on the block. Awesome work Dana!!!!!!! Glossy Glossy!!!!!!!
Thanks Aaron, I dragged this one out-lol. I am not a big fan of the wheels myself but the the owner is and I guess that is all that counts. I still think it is one of the nicer looking Mustangs out there though.
I actually like those wheels on that car, very nice. Now how are you going to give out some numbers and not have a full picture of the engine bay?? Car looks great by the way!
Dana..the Shelby looks bloody fantastic! I love the look of a black car with chrome rims...those tires look killer too. But your work? Dude..you are to detailing what Shelby is to Mustangs...you take it as far as it can go!!:applause::applause:
Vehicle looks great, these vehicles are great looking. I didn't pay much attention to them before but once you see them in person they look much better then in pictures. Well done Rocket :thumb:
Thanks Josh Thanks David, never heard that saying before. Thanks Angelo, but it is not a Cobra, they stopped making them after 04. This is a Shelby GT500, you don't want to get the Mustang guys upset.
