No befores again on this one :sorry:, I'm really gung ho when I get out there to detail a car. Excuse the bad photos, I was in a rush - he needed the car right as I was finished. I promise a proper write up + before pictures on my next detail - hoping to get on my hands on my cousin's Boxster eventually :headbang:.

Forgot to take pictures of the engine bay!

Hmmm...several things come to mind here. The wood on the wheel and inside look fantastic, it really grabs you eye looking inside. The paint is obviously very nice and the flake popping is awesome. Very nice job on the wheels too. Too bad they are undermined by untreated wheel wells...you almost hit it out of the park...a shot of Adams under there would have sealed the deal. Not that the customer would ever notice, but it does show in the pics. I have a question about the tires..you have 2 products listed..megs and the gel. Did you use Megs OVER the gel? Did you use one as a trim dressing? I didn't see a trim dressing listed and the trim looks nice. I have used DP tire gel on trim before and it looks amazing. Also, I see you use Zep Degreaser..is that the purple one? I just bought a bottle of that today to try. I used it tonight to clean out the foam applicator pads and it did a good job of penetrating the products buried in them. BUT..you gotta try the Zep glass cleaner...it's great at cutting, finishes well (especially with a 2 mf system) and is cheap as hell. Get yourself some on your next trip; you won't be sorry. Sorry for blabbing on :bla2::bla2::bla2:, but I just wanted to share what I was thinking. Again, great job!!:applause2:

Looks good and I used to have one of these in the exact same color. Have to agree with Richy in hitting the wheel wells will put this one over the top. I know you can't do much with the back wells as they are that felt like stuff but get some Adams or Megs All Season Dressing for the front ones and you are money.

Thanks for all the kind words, I actually used the Optibond tire gel on the trim, I really like it for that but was looking to pick up some blackwow or something more specific to trim. I'll have to look into Adams for the wheel wells (I thought they detracted from the overall look aswell - my dad didn't notice though :giggle:), and yep the Zep degreaser is the purple one, I LOVE the stuff, I never thought of using it for cleaning foam applicators though - I'll have to try it. I actually picked up a gallon of the Zep glass cleaner, just trying to use up the remainder of the Eagle 1 stuff my dad had left over from when he had time to care for his car.

I'll definitely put that All season dressing on my "to buy list" once I get money .

Thanks for all the input :thumb:

The Optimum did a nice job on the trim! I got some funny looks when I would post about using tire gel on trim...I don't think many others do? Not that I care, if I find something that works, I do it. I laughed about using up the window cleaner..if you look at my last couple of jobs, I used IG for most b/c I'm trying to use it up as well!! I got rid of my black wow btw. I have a GALLON of the DG flat black and bumper...I'll send you 8oz or so if you wanna trade for something.
