Last weekend I had a Range Rover that was scheduled. All that was wanted on the outside was a basic wash but the inside was a mess and took me hours and hours. I got the car around 12 and went straight to work.. Befores: The dad slipped into a picture.. The exterior was pretty dirty, especially the wheels. I started out with the wheel wells, tires, and wheels... When I got to the wheels I was faced with a problem, the famous baked on brake dust. And it was BAD, so much that even though I tried soooo hard to not use an acid based cleaner it was what it came down to to clean them off. Not sure if you can see all the dog hair in the pictures but there was LOTS Finished: Worked well into the night.. sorry about the night pics. The only thing I was not able to fully clean was the speaker covers, they has some sort of junk basically glued into them. It was fun to look back on so many products used to clean this car, but then I said to myself "Wait a second, I paid for all those:shead:" haha A few products that I used for the first time were.. Amazing Roll Off, wow what a tire cleaner. Works great! Swissvax Wheel Brush, glad I purchased one. IZ Einzett CP, amazing work it does.
Thanks! The Meg's brush is incredible, and I'm very happy I had one for this detail. What I like about it so much is that it has two sides with different lengths on the brushes. Also it picks up most of the hair and releases it well so you don't find yourself picking the hairs out of the brush. Thank you! I bought mine from AutoBarn but the customer service there was poor. Thanks Asphalt Rocket!
