More then likely they will just scuff the paint and repaint the whole panel/blend. It is not common practice to sand down to primer.
Ive used it in 40degree temps no problem. I just let it setup much longer like 30 -40 minutes before i wipe it off.
I don't know. Our definitions on slickness must differ but I never find onr giving the paint that just waxed slickness megs lt does on bare paint.
I personally fine onr to be extremely poor as a clay lube. No real lubricity at all. I like megs last touch. That stuff is so slick painters tape...

Did you buff it down? It definitely isnt a greasy shine like the last pic you posted above. Also you can dilute the product 1:1.
