    UPGP and OS are not wipe on, wipe off products, but rather wipe on, walk away (WOWA) products.

    Yeah, it was originally used to clean canvas tops on boats. Strong enough to clean and yet would not affect the waterproofing.

    Boiling them might help, but it would be very time consuming and it may not work. Just demote them and get some new Pakshak towels.
