i have come to the conclusion that the only possible way to make your service better is to make us only pay for shipping.. i mean you do EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD for us..you stay up super late i wonder if your wife is gonna put hits out on all your clients. you give us all your time it seems. i send emails at ten pm expecting to get a response in a day or so and 20 mins and 10 emails later i have all my answers and a few laughs.. you really know customer service!!!!!!!!! i know there are other vendors that do well but your on a whole different level. i mean no one comes close.
