Jetseal IMO does look better, but thats just my opinion. Is it worth the price increase no not really, is it more durable no, easier to remove no, but I still like jetseal more.

It think they both look very good, I personally could not tell a difference.

Here a pic of Jetseal 109...

That looks great. Imo I think js109 looks more nuba like. Which is what i prefer. dg is more a traditional sealant look. I agree they both look great.

Gets my vote, coming from Zaino I will say that Gloss Its durability is a tad better (and you dont need a additive) but the depth and glow on dark paints far surpasses Zaino. Think of it as having sealants clarity with nubas depth and glow.

Lets see I've used DP Surface Shield, 4 Star, Poorboys EX, Surf City Nano Seal, Optimum Poli-Seal, Wolfgang, Jetseal, Zaino Z5 and Z2, DG 105 and DG's yet to be released sealant.

Of these the only ones I kept in my arsenal were Jetseal, Zaino, and DG. I love the look of Jetseal the best and its my go to when I'm going to apply sealant and a nuba (my favorite look of all). DG and Zaino get the nod for durability and traditional sealant looks. And like richy said the yet to be released DG sealant is unbelievable! It has the look of 105 topped with AquaWax!!

I do have a sample of Danase Sealant and I have a tin of Bilt Hamber Auto Balm that I am dying to use.

Duragloss #105 is a winner for durability. Another durable one is Klasse SG, but with a much harder application.

So far I have used Danase Paint Sealant and Opt Opti-Seal, but prefer the looks of DPS over OOS, and I love the almost instant curing time of Danase's sealant. Still have to see them over dark colors, though.

As much as many detailers dislike it - I have to admit that GLARE is the most powerful sealant I've ever used

The Australian versions are the ones I use
Zero, Micro and Advanced - much much stronger than Professional Polish

This is not available outside Australia
it takes fourteen hours for a GLARE Advanced coated just washed car to dry and not one water spot will etch and leave a stain

    I also enjoy TOUGHSEAL
Extremely easy to apply, incredibly slick, ultra long life, rich wet look finish with amazing clarity and it can go on almost anything

It even shines up unpainted moldings

Driven to Perfection Marine Polish (sealant) is damn strong too as is duragloss, zaino, G Techniq C1 and some of the japanese coatings that a mate in sweden talks about alot

What would all you pro's out there suggest for someone new to the sealent game? Always used waxes. Never felt that I had to use a sealent. Until recently. What I would like to do is put a wax over it or not. I have to admit this thread is confusing me a little bit. Thats why I ask,Sorry. Is there one sealent that I can try that will do both for me. Thank you...:thumb:

CGs Jetseal. Its the only sealant I use with a nuba topper and it looks phenomenal by itself. Doesn't have the durability as DG 105 but if you are changing up every so often anyway might as well have it look as good as it can.

How long does one application last or how long do think one application lasts of Jet Seal-109...Thanks

I like WGDG 3.0 as far as a sealnat goes. To me it lasts very long and comes close to a nuba look.

In my personal experience, untopped with anything else, I got barely 3 weeks out of it. I let the sealant sit for about 20 minutes (as per the bottle) before wiping it off.

Thank you very much. I have a real good idea of what I want to do. I just didn't want to many sealants around 1 or 2 OK
