same goes for me... i enjoy detailing my own car

in no way am i saying that i expected much more out of a nuba. i know that it is only going to last so long with the amount i drive my car. i was just showing you guys what it looks like after 1.5 months on a daily driver.

Nubas have a really interesting 'talent set' but they aren't the best for durability, as everyone knows... some of the well known winter waxes are basically hybrid wax/sealants, and then you get into pure sealants themselves.

It really depends what is important for you as an individual :) We will be working on hyper-durable sealant type products next year, but we'll always keep the nuba line up as it's a shame to lose what make the natural products special. They tend to use milder solvents (so can smell a bit nicer), are easy to apply and buff and they don't rely on relatively complicated processes like multiple-layered cross linking. You just slap them on and buff them off :) Products like SNv2 get a bit finicky as they're right at the boundary of what would be acceptable user-wise, but the more basic waxes are much more user friendly.

    yes under the same conditions.

Parked under a carport but both are daily drivers.

I have another car with Collinite parked 24h a day out and that wears colli 476.

Today after inspecting it i saw that some guys with a motorcycle hit the car and one side is damaged and the side mirror is missing.

Collinite seems to be gone after 2 months, as the beading seems not very good.

also the part of the car makes a difference.. my hood is almost done beading after 4 months of a coat of js 109 and 1 coat of Crystal Rock.. still beads GREAT on the sides and the roof and trunk but the hood is definitely weaker than the rest and though it still beads they are getting larger and the sheeting has gone down considerably by probably 50%.. i bet i could get one more month. which for it being outside 24/7 i am very very happy with esp living 20 mins from downtown chicago and more importantly 20 mins from ohare airport and all the factories i visit with solvents and so on.. i am actually amazed.. i have never had a wax last this long under these conditions. and from what i understand SN should be close.. and 2.0 has an even higher wax content.. i swear people are gonna kill me but...cleaner fluid?

could that be the issue.. could there be a bonding issue when not using cleaner fluid or lime prime or whatever? i know i am on a cleaner fluid band wagon. but with longevity issues and with hazing and so on it is always cure time, application thickness and how well the surface was prepped. sure with longevity environmental and usage are huge factors but i am talking about the ones you the user controls.
