I've got light to moderate swirls on my front windshield. They are not scratches for sure. Im not sure how they got there. Its really annoying for me while I drive at night. Searched the forum and read a thread on polishing glass but did not get much. What kind of OTC polishes can I get for this? I guess I also need portercable and I'll go get it but what polish and pad would I need to get rid of these swirls?
I think you would need something pretty aggressive because the windshield it pretty tough. I do know that Zaino makes a glass polish, and I would start with an orange pad and move to a white pad probably... and see how that looks. Edit: Forgot to add, I bet they are from the windshield wipers and bug guts... etc.
