Just came from Harbor Freight (10/10/08) - They have Collinite 845 for $7.79 and Collinite 476S for $6.69. No coupon needed.
That is SUCH the bargain! I bought two tins and sent them both to Europe, one for my brother and one for my cousin. I should STOCK UP!!!
DUDE, go there, buy plenty, sell them to forum members for a profit, and you will still be hooking them up for a price lower than they can find anywhere else. :yikes:
I have about 3/4 of my 845 bottle left, but I bought another. At that price, how could I not? I even picked up a tin of the 476s, and I don't even use paste wax! Oh well, guess I'll put it next to my (unused) tins of S100 & Gold Class. This must be the detailer's version of "If a tree falls in the woods." "If my purchased product doesn't get used, is it still a bargain?"
I went to harbor freight today. Not the low prices I seen. 845 was almost $10 and 476s was almost $14. (or vice versa ?)
I tried to go on line @ HF to see if I could luck out, Nothing... I started to winterize my wifes car today with my 15.00 bottle of 845 and I spilled 3/4's of it and now I'm bumming. I do have 1/4 to finish but go figure what we were talking about at the time.:shakehead:
Correction, I went yesterday and it was $9.87 or something like that. I asked them about the supposed special price, but nope, it was not on sale. The two pots I sent to Europe were also bought at this price, but a few weeks ago. I bought one anyway since I drove all the way out there... STILL CHEAP!!!
I just checked my local HF today. 845 is $13.25 and 476 is $9.97. I guess the clearance prices are geographic.
It's very strange how the prices differ! I asked the guy at Harbor Freight if that was the case, he says the sales should be the same everywhere. Apparantly not!
