I have never used 50/50 but have enjoyed using the derivative of it, which is Justin's Wet Obsession wax.

50/50 is my favorite wax. The application process is a breeze, i havent tried Petes 53, and although i have heard good things, i hear it is a WOWO product..and i cant stand that....but with 50/50 you can do the entire car and let it sit up, and then removal is easy as well. For me it is hard to describe the look i get...seems sharp and wet to me...the only dislike i have about the wax is the tin that it comes it...like a paint can...have to pry it up with two objects in order to not bend it...kinda a PITA...but overall like i said my favorite!

I really like this wax as well, and like J Bell said, it is kind of hard to describe the look. It is warm, and sharp with a nice glow to it. Application and removal are easy, but not as easy as P21s100% or Souveran.

5050 / Wet Obsession has a nice glow to it. and very very sharp and clear reflections.

Compared to Souveran, it is similar.

In terms of application, Souveran wins, but having said that 5050 is also very easy.

As for removal, I find that 5050 removes easier than Souveran in my opinion.

I would say that 5050 will definetely beat Souveran in terms of durability and price.

note that I am using Wet Obsession which is a "modified" version of the 5050 with additional wetting agents and plus plus. im sure 5050 will be about there, but Wet Obsession will have the edge.

and I agree about the tin being an inconvenience.
Hopefully the next run of Wet Obsession can be done in a wide mouth plastic jar perhaps ? (Justin ,are you reading this ? hint hint :) )

Yeah, that tin on both 5050 and Wet Obsession are a PITA. You're right, removal of 5050 is a bit easier than Souveran now that I think about it.

I love 50/50 easy to apply easy to remove great look. Sharp clear, wet a good blend between a nuba and sealant leaning more towards a warm sealant. I have used petes 53 and I love it as well. My top 3 or 4 waxs are 50/50 petes 53 ezyme and rubbish boys oe.

I have a tub of 50/50 but I have yet to try it. I think I have to many waxes and not enough time and cars to use them all up anytime soon.

I have never tried this wax also but, but whenever it is discussed only good things are said. My next CG order I will order a tub and give it a shot for myself.

5050 with one of CG's Red Die Cut applicators is an absolute pleasure to use. It goes on easy, wipes off easy, and looks great. I have yet to find a color it mutes at all and it makes flake pop like crazy.

its good stuff. i used to use it a lot. i just found it didn't protect very well against water etching, and i wasn't crazy about the beading... it's been sitting for a while since i picked up dodo supernatural and 1Z Glanz
