I was finally able to get some decent shots of this car. I have worked on this car 3x in the last year but its been raining every time so I haven't bee able to get some outside shots. After the car was originally painted, its had graphics and more clear added 3 more times. Although the painter did sand and polish it, the finish that was left on it was, well, tragic. I've got about 40 hours polishing time in on this already, mostly to remove sanding lines left by the painter. Thanks. The car is now being prepped for SEMA so in two weeks, I'll be spending another 2 or 3 days on it. Thanks for looking.
Crazy dragon action going on there. I assume this in not a daily driver.:giggle: Great job Ken. Car is looking super. Sounds like that was some serious work there.:gasp: How many layers of clear does that have on now?
Looks good except for the wheels. I don't think my wife would like the nude girl on the doors. What's with the TV in the back?
I totally agree. Its taken two years to build this only because the owner keeps adding stuff. It has strobe lights, a fog machine, playstation, everything is run by air including the doors. The girl on the door is actually wearing a top and bottoms, but she scares me-in a she male kind of way! But it is a show car so he wanted eveything.
That's a pretty CRAZY automobile, I must say! Very nice paint job. Was it hard to not take a sip of all the liquor in the back?
I do not like the tires but the wheels are kind of in your face and subtle all at the same time. I really like the painted flames on the wheels. With all the "busy ness" of the flames on the rest of the vehicle it appears to be a natural to have flames on the wheel. To be honest I did not notice the wheels on the first look through. I was enamoured with the flames on the body(the car bady....that is..!!??). I considered puchaseing a used one last winter. If I would have fit into it comfortably I most likely would be driving one now. Too bad it did not become a popular vehicle. It did not get great mileage was another factor in my decision. I know...TMI...sorry.
Oooh cool paint job, show cars are interesting because you never know what you'll see from them. I mean the TV and all the other goodies it has are cool to see at a show...but just my :2cents: Thanks for sharing 911 eace:
