Sorry, I'm extremely bored at work and don't feel like doing anything productive. My LTFTs started out at 3.5, now they'll show as high as 7.8. I know I'm not supposed to be worried until they show 20, but do you guys think new plugs will help? Ok, I really don't need an answer, I just wanted to post something legitimate. Warning: my post count will now increase exponentially (if that's even possible) :cheerl: :cheerl: :cheerl: to Nica for opening up this sub-forum for us!!!
I just did a quick Google on LTFTs and I have an idea of what it is and how it works but I still can't help you out Ozzy, haha.
lemme sum up...Humperdink marry Princess Buttercup in little less 'an half an hour. On a more serious note, they're essentially ECU fueling corrections.
Crap...4. Moving on...right before I was going to leave to go to the track, the sky opened up and God, since I referenced him/her/it in my previous post, pressed the flush on his toilet. No racing for me and I hope littlemissGTO didn't get caught in it at the track. So I just reflashed the ECU and NOT driving it like I stole it to see how the computer adapts this time. One step colder Denso plugs hopefully go in tomorrow or Sunday.
Yeap I was at the track when the heavens opened up. I took my Arc'teryx jacket with me so I stayed nice and dry. However as soon as the sun came out the track canceled everything. Talk about a bunch of people being upset.
My A/F ratios aren't out of whack though, which is good. I'm starting to believe that it's just the mapping on this particular tune. It's aggressive and leans out the car...stock the thing is pig rich...just check Nica's S&S on the black MS3 and look at the tailpipe. When the LTFTs get in the mid to upper teens, I'll start worrying about it again. I just need to stop being paranoid. Oh man, were there already a ton of people out there? Lemme know if you still want to use some Black WoW. BTW, where's the best place to buy Buzz Off stuff other than the Alpine Shop? The number of mosquitos around my house is getting worse.
There were a few people there from the local boards. Apparently the drifters left the track and went somewhere else to drift. Yes, I'd still like to use some Black WoW. Check REI out for Buzz Off stuff. Last time I was there they had a pretty decent selection.
Heh, I was at Thunderhill earlier today for my brother's drift practice. I caught some pretty neat videos and pictures. It's too bad you guys got caught up in the weather.
It seems that like clockwork on Friday it rains here. I've learned to not plan any car stuff on Friday nights...LOL I may make a trip to a different track later this month. Gonna visit the only outlaw track that I know of and watch some good racing go down.
